1.) I am not from Germany, but I have one advice for you ;).

Ask your broker comdirect, what is their american broker for trading on NYSE and NASDAQ and try escalete the Reverse Split directly there.

2.) I also believe the halt T12 is due to the typo in R/S PR news. Because in the annoucment is mentioned
"The number of authorized common shares and preferred shares of NewLead will be 100,000,000 and 500,000,000, par value of $0.01, respectively."

and NASDAQ probably asked NEWL, why they could have 5x times more preferred shares than common.

Anyway it is ridiculous, that in NEWL is no competent person to fix it and it takes so long as the last time, when was same T12 halt...

You are right Zooser...

There is a strong reason for this halt and a T12 one... more information needed from Newl and the last 6K was a reason why and done on purpose to halt this just when shorts will come pouring in as you can see from the board...

Great observation there...

Also look at last halt when we are about to surge high again they halted knowing more short position will come into play to find out if Ironridge will short once again...

Now these halts have them on proof and will find out who ordered these short position and find out it was ironridge...

Lol... can't wait too see when news on this come through. .. everyone will be surprised and the ones who were patient enough will be rewarded...
