Rick I own 4.5 Million right now and I would say buy now while we are at these prices. Yes, it is a gamble. However, if the fins come out and are received well this could shoot up past 2 cents in a heart beat. Also after fins come out you have no clue what pr's may come out. If you are ok chasing then hold on but I fell if you want to maximize the shares you will get buy soon. I feel that we are close if not at our bottom range right now.

I agree with georgie; bottom very close to in here and no matter what the completion of financials will be perceived as a positive next step ... JMHO
