Solos Endoscopy experienced significant back orders during the first six months of 2014 due to supply issues related to a component manufacturer. As a result of the back orders, the Company’s cash flow and sales declined.

BS Excuses for poor performance.. what excuses will Segersten come up with for the next six months.. ALSO, expect massive ramped up dilution due to significantly less "cash flow" LOL!, than what they previously had which was already not enough to even meet payroll. I had stated in earlier posts that Q2 was going to be worse than Q1 and next Q will likely show that as being spot on.

Did this get missed?

The Company has delayed the filing of its application while management has been evaluating its multiple options for the Canadian market.

15 new Hospitals added.. BUT, how many Hospitals have discontinued buying Solos Endoscopy products in the meantime? The company is going backwards and Segersten is making excuses for it.

Even more so now, any run higher will be relentlessly diluted into, as per the plethora of posts stating the same repeated warning by H.H. is God!

Segersten stated significant back orders.. well ya dumbass.. what specifically were those back orders dollar wise.. then your shareholders could make smarter decisions going forward..

We expect sales and cash flow to improve over the next 90 days.

Oh ya Segersten, by How Much? With as little revenue as Solos generates, you don't even have the B's to forecast just what those numbers might look like?

..a select number of hospitals carrying the MammoView..
Why not state EXACTLY how many?

Are there any SNDY Shareholders that can tell us for how long we've been seeing this same quote being spewed in one form or another, one PR after the next after the next after the next.. but here we are and NO new "MEANINGFUL" Revenue generating products to speak of!

Solos has several exciting new advances in product development that will change the way minimally invasive procedures are utilized in the medical field in order to treat and prevent disease. These products will allow the physician to examine organs and tissues within the body without the need for intrusive surgery.

It's all just another load of ongoing BS being spewed by a Loser President of a share printing, never ending dilution, for the purposes of insider lifestyle sustainment, Stinky Pinky, Skanky Wanky POS! ...and of course, ;-), just my opinions!
