Where is an explanation of almost $1,000,000 given in stock to our newly appointed CFO and prez? Where is the medical scheduling patient program RAMP?

WHERE IS THE PROMISED SHAREHOLDER VALUE THEY PUT IN THE ROADMAP FOR 2014????
