This one explains why Smart Win has an open and shut case against Empire and therefore why no more time should be wasted. All Batista does is come up with new ways to waste time.

only overwhelming evidence here is sw broke their contract and cut off funds in the middle of a project and ran away.not even a cure notice and sent a default letter a year later..imo
