You are correct 100 percent and yes i was guessing its unbelievable they halt this with so much volume and a slight uptrend they arent hurting anyone but traders in the stock no1 associated with the company gives two craps that this halted

Exactly. Well said and this is my train of thought. It's clear they are being railroaded and Nasdaq is part to blame by doing nothing for so long.

In the meeting they will say they don't have the 50M mkt cap and if I'm NEWL, I say we were heading there and you halted us - so I agree it lists here for at least some time as I stated before.

I think this may trade before the meeting partly due to this reason as long as Naz's "info request" (whatever that is lol) is satisfied and then they try to get rid of them hoping the rise fizzles out, so it really might be the sooner they trade the better for Naz to get rid of NEWL as it probably won't sustain a high PPS after the squeeze.

Think about this, Naz ultimately halted this on a 150 million dollar trading day which I'm sure is the most this stock has EVER seen with a T12 when nothing has changed since the R/S, no news, nothing. What info could they want? LOL

Naz - "Hey NEWL, why is your stock going up???"

NEWL - "Well NAZ, this has been shorted to smitherines since we got into financial trouble and now we are trying to reclaim our true value and work our way out of it, but thanks for the halt at the most opportune time for you and your venture capitalists"
