I'm afraid for the next few months it will business as usual...delay, delay and more delay. All the while we will have the usual slow bleed. Why should it be any different with both ZTE and Goog in the constant delay mode. What is needed to move the needle in the vrng sp is news of a settlement or a positive CAFC ruling. I wouldn't bank on this happening anytime soon.
