red13, who is patrick smyth? and he probally googled that form 8K that WM filed back in march 2014 inwhich is roughly 5 months old! that is old data you posted yesterday... it is new data that he sold some of his shares at a loss of roughly $20k to $50k?? plus or minus afew thoasand... Just note he was one of few that sold his shares from the point of "FARE" lowering the share price. I know this because if you track the OBV of shares outstanding, the volume is still way above the volume of NOV 2013 price jump...
