#42825 RE: TheLaserGuy #42824

I believe it's approaching almost 1 year that Shaun Irvine has been CEO of Exobox. And I believe if he thinks he can just skate by and blame what's happened on the last CEO, he better check his clock!! I wonder if he knows what his fiduciary duties truly are. I believe that the current management of Exobox has a fiduciary duty to disclose and correct all the wrong that has been committed by the prior Board, otherwise the current Board of Exobox also becomes negligent and culpable in my opinion after this amount of time.

Regardless if Shaun Irvine, of Long Beach, California I believe, was a duly elected Board member or not (and I believe he WAS NOT), in my opinion that doesn't mean he gets a free pass in regards to the stock certs that have not been accounted for all this time; doesn't mean he gets a free pass in regards to validity of last annual meeting; doesn't mean he gets a free pass in regards to the failure of having a new annual meeting; doesn't mean he gets a free pass in regards that it may have been someone else who drafted the share exchange agreement, 8-Ks, and Press Release; doesn't mean he gets a free pass in regards to everything else that may have happened.

In my opinion, either Shaun Irvine was completely ignorant as to the details of the share exchange agreement and everything else that has happened with the company, or it was someone else truly running the show so to speak. Either way, it's Shaun Irvine's signature on the things that I see. And that's pretty sad in my opinion because at this point, after almost a whole year, I believe it's Shaun Irvine's butt on the line for all this.

I wonder how much the former CEO and the former Board members (the rubber stamp twins) of EXBX have contributed towards Shaun Irvine's legal fees.

And I believe the one person who most likely was the "true brains" behind this share exchange agreement is the one person who was smart enough not to put his name on anything and expose himself to all that's going on. If true, I give him credit, kudos to him. I have no problem with him or any other person who may have had a hand in all this. In fact, after all this time, I'm not even sure how much I care about what went on with the former Board of Exobox. That was a long time ago, and the new Board has now had every opportunity to fix things in my opinion.

So now it's the current sole officer and director of Exobox, Shaun Irvine, that I will continue to fight in Court. So long as I continue to garner the support of many honest shareholders, and so long as the war chest keeps growing...

I AIN'T QUITTING EXBX !!!!!!!!!

And you should all know that because I and others have been fighting this fight for a long time! And we'll continue to do so for a long time !!

Go Exobox !!!
