Why would IVG sue their former broker for trying to collect fees owed on a deal that was not going to close? Unless there is more to the suit then it seems to indicate IVG is a done deal.
If that is correct and it is on track to be completed by the published deadline of 7/31 then there is no reason for management to say anything. They would want nothing to do with pumping the stock days before the largest deal in their history closes.

VPCO has had the worst PR ever since I started following them years ago. It is annoying, but not out of the ordinary. They are in the midst of an acquisition, and probably can't say much about it in the meantime. And there rly isn't any other news besides that, currently.
