I have yet to see a pinkie management type that ever works to increase shareholder value. All they ever know how to do is sell shares and R/S over and over . They think shareholders are on open bank to finance their fun and games. They are crooks, pure and simple crooks. IMO

C.Michael Heil took our money and disappeared two or three years ago. He is back to scam us again.

500 to 1 is inexcusable. 25 0r 50 to 1 could have been argued as reasonable this just wipes every existing investor out.
