IMO a R/S will kill off all of those that supported Berge. A R/S will also bring on even more anger and retaliation from shareholders both of which are consequences I truly hope Berge avoids.
Not to mention the fact a R/S will most likely continue the downward trend of the stock price not stop or reverse it. What needs to be done to store liquidity is not a R/S but more PR's and more good news.
