NBRI has to find enough new gold somewhere in the Ruby before any production of it can begin. That's the kicker, thus far. They are still looking, however, so all is not lost yet. Hang in there.

There's no "fluffing" going on at the Ruby mine, I suggest you visit the website and read the PRs to see all of the developments going on.
