No Scam. no SEC coming.

If the SEC was coming, certainly no one would know about it.

i'm sure that says it all. People have been making these claims for months,

'tomorrow it will get shut down'... it hasn't happened and it wont.

When they changed the name to American Green, FINRA would of went through every little detail,
to make sure theres nothing shifty going on.. they would not of allowed the name change if this was dodgey.
