The situation we have here is that FBCD was doing 0 in sales before the new CEO stepped in. He has completely revolutionized this company like has done to previous companies(check out his history), while the only thing holding us back is the convertible debt notes that were started before his time here. I just sent an email to the pr department to try and get an estimated net income from the revenue expected before 3rd quarter to see if it would be enough to quell their note's payable and also wondering if they will pay off their notes with it.
