Well if shares bought in the "lower .30s" will be rewarded nicely, you would think people would be foaming at the mouth for those .04s that are available. Do you have any idea why people are not inflicting a war to fight over them especially since you don't believe people will unload shares under .03? Do you think this has anything to do with this?:
