I just wanted to say how much I appreciate your comments on this board. You seem very level headed and realistic on what you state. I haven't posted here in a while but I'm still holding and waiting patiently for an update on their business plans going forward. We haven't received a non-traffic PR in a very long time. I do think we have one of the better CEO's out there in Chris. They don't let just anybody teach classes at Columbia.
