I invested based on DD in MLOG and the company was hijacked by Meccarelli and Wright and then basically stolen from shareholders with the reverse merger. They can bleed the company dry with no oversight or intervention and then tell the private shareholders "sorry - it didnt work out."
That isnt picking a loser. That is theft. Malfeasance. Conversion. Enrichment. Etc. Since they refuse to be transparent with NUTT as well - it only provide credence that their intentions were sinister.
You can keep posting wishful platitudes and talk about blue skies and such but it doesnt change the fact MLOG shareholders aapear to have been cheated and lied to by those with a fiduciary responsibility to protect against that very thing.
