But I was talking about the seller, not the buyer. Anyone holding 1B shares out of the total O/S of just over 8B, has to be an insider. I don't know what that trade was about, but it raises questions for me.

Btw, that trade was at $.0002, so the value was $200,000. Which makes it even more questionable.
