Sweet! once banks can deal 100%, the floood-gates open for new investors, and as more states vote for legalization - more attention will flow toward PMCM. I am predicting penny-land by end of year at the latest, but could come during August at soonest. Next year has Dime and quarter potential with the direction that the government is starting to take here!
