It takes time to develop and research and all it's not a overnight let's announce type deal

It basically was overnight. BW employee simply poured KU into some ice cream and tada, research and development was completed.

Then the whole marijuana fad soon came into prominence but BW & crew were too slow to think of how to tie into that. That's why the ice cream pump failed.
