True that, but getting halted a few times before with other stocks, due to failure to file financials on time has got me a little gun shy when they are late. Many investors will shy away from companies even remotely close to being late. Why put yourself at the scrutiny of the SEC, i say. Putting shareholders at risk of halts due to late filing issues is something quality companies need to refrain from. Hopefully this does not continue in the future.
Anyways i'm happy now, got some more shares today and now any news will be most well accepted here. I feel like we are relevant again.
