Well let me tell you how awful Scottrade is. They are not allowing me to margin ANY but allow others on this board. My account must be too big.
And get this. Today in a small IRA I sold 1500 shares of ANY at $8.78 to raise funds to buy OVRL at 4.15 or less, hoping to net 50-100 free shares. No no no, that's too simple, too logical. Place order and am told that I have to call the local Scottrade office to make the trade. Are you kidding me I already own many shares of OVRL in Scottrade..... did it suddenly become radioactive?? So with a few minutes left I purchased 5k XXII in lieu.
Where do these losers get off. Would think that the US govt was running Scottrade.
To all: I apologize for selling shares of ANY. It won't happen again (for a while).

It had been functioning fine for ANY & the rest of my list until today.
Today everything on my list worked properly except ANY. It was stuck all day at yesterdays closing price of $8.35. I did call and complain and they said they would look into it. If it is not functioning by tomorrow, I will call again.
