YOU HAVE TO LET THE SHAREHOLDERS KNOW WHAT IS GOING ON. WE NEED THE 10-Q AND CONFERENCE CALL. SOME OF US THINK VELA IS GOING OUT OF BUSINESS.

We are working on both and will have updated call in july.




I can assure you we are not going out of business. Our issuance's to ironridge is what is causing these problems for which we are also trying to eliminate via legal remedies.




We have been focused on our upgrade and in our carrier integrations for our worldwide service.
