$14 million for a potential $ 5 bill- is what I would consider a pretty shrewd business deal on the buyers part. Of course drilling will verify exactly what they acquired and it's potential reserves through the intercepts.
However- a filing, funding, drilling program, equipment upgrade and infrastructure- contracts with chinese or whomever...is a process.
IMO- we could be looking at 2015-2016 for any real movement here- lots of work left to do- just being realistic.
