I can assure you the main holders here are not going anywhere fast. this was as w1104 illudes to were many small holders who jumped in at .13's etc... and get scared and run with minimal loss.
The big holders know the situation well, and understand that Health Canada is bogged down by over 900 applicants, many that are insignificant, yet need to be dealt with in the same process..
There are rumours that they have provided the 13th and 14th MMPR liscence, but i have yet to see any announcements.. it was from investor420 or seekingalpha..
Why does a company on the OTC do a 50% share reduction ? yes for uplisting strucure in future... this news is substantial, but the fact that its mixed with late filings does not help.
Eventually Health Canada will give thier Stamp to 1, 2 or 3 of MDRM holdings...and off to the races..
