completely ignoring the SEC position - actually just confirmed by the SEC - that Form 10 filings can't be made confidentiality.

no qualifiers - no "except in certain cases" or "in most cases" or "except in unprecedented circumstances" (lol) or anything like that ----- just a simple Form 10s are not eligible.
