I don't give them [ ihub ] any money for pm's or extra features. I did look at may's response and I agree we need to establish 4 dates b4 we know if this is feasible.

I doubt it would take next to nothing to establish a lead plaintiff in a class-action suit and im sure I read a 10-k or 10Q where they had previously been sued and paid out like 90k for something. These lawsuits can be very simple and used to get facts as a matter of record, facts we been wanting to know anyway......in this case its time for them to *hit or get off MY POT!!!
a DIVIDEND is issued after a company realizes profits....they can re-invest [which most do] or pay a dividend but what they did is blow all their money buying up stuff that will take quite awhile to realize profit and then they took out a loan indicating their is no money in the kitty for a dividend.
Every Pr where they announce we have signed an agreement to buy this, that or the other including a celebrity spokesperson is a slap to everyone's face as it was money that could have been used to issue a dividend and for a first time in the companies history actually return a form of value to the shareholder.......so far friedman can only utter the words. no longer good enuff.....get ready mike - smart people are looking for an opening and judging from your pr's it wont take long.
