There's no way I buy this, day of ADR acquisition & continued to buy, if I knew CEO was going to file pre & then def 14c R/S. No trader would do that. But I tell you what, before I buy on other plays I'll consult with you, since you know when CEOs are going to file R/S (sarcasm).
