I can sum up all of your concerns about what is going on with the PPS in one word, PATIENCE.
The only reason, as I have said, to worry about the current PPS is if one decides to buy more. These shares are cheap. Other than that, the current PPS is totally meaningless.
We are on the cusp of revenue/earnings, so KBLB will be a totally different company months from now.
The only thing we can do right now is wait patiently and buy if we have any spare change...
