Eramus I will have to take the credit (miscredit?) for that! Going back to the Army letter it clearly is 30kWe and not 3kWe.

I went with the 3, made assumptions based on that and screwed up.

From what I am now finding out it does make a big difference if it is a 30 kW generator vs a 3 kW. Sorry.

The link we were given is definitely the 3KW. Where did this 30KW come from? Is this wishful thinking or is there more that we don't know? Misinformation is beginning to take its toll on me!
