Who polices something like that. What if you're just blinding buying not paying attention to the O/S? Who knows if those numbers are accurate anyway? Is the SEC watching and do you get a nasty-gram in the mail saying you were supposed to report your ownership when it crossed a certain level which you were/are unaware of?
