Nice TA Info!! Shows that no extra shares were issued and the only hiccup we had was the 10 million shares that came off restriction. Some sold on open market but I am sure the cash was needed considering that was how they received compensation for there services. Being a CPA and a shareholder, I find the strategy of giving shares rather than a check for compensation is an excellent strategy. Payroll is your biggest expense and they are able to keep it down with this strategy thus showing a positive net income and EPS for the last few quarters. If they did not implement this strategy they still may be in the red. The downfall is the restricted holders may want to sell the stock when it comes off restriction for some much needed cash. Even if they believe in the company, that belief is not enough to pay the bills.
