Sorry to correct but wouldn't it really be

MMJ has left the Hop-On P.O. Box ? Right?

Guess it was getting crowded in the Box plus it was really getting steamy with all the hot air blowing around in there.

Hop-On hasn't had an office in a very long time. Has Petey secretly moved into a new building? Guess that could be but if it true there will be an unlawful detainer filed. Assuming he stays with his MO.
