Almost every penny stock has issued shares to further finance their business. It is after all a huge reason to take a company public versus keeping it private.

Don't take this the wrong way here but I can't think of too many reasons for a company to go public other than financing ESPECIALLY start ups in the OTC.

Now having said that yes there are stocks every year that go from the OTC to Nasdaq. Not many but every year there are a few.

I think you're too concerned with shares short term and not thinking about long term. There's stocks on the Nasdaq with billions of shares.

I think the question u should be asking is will our products and deals be unique enough, will our advertising and marketing be effective, will we have prime shelf space and competitive pricing, and will our company CONTINUE to push for more or be content and fall behind.
