They obviously found stock fraud in the SEC investigation that led up to the suspension.

The SEC does investigate, because a suspension is a serious matter and they don't just suspend for a minor issue.

We will just have to wait to see if the investigation results in criminal or civil action agaianst the company.

One can LOL all they want, but stock demoted to the grey sheets never recover to even pink sheet trading.
