I expect the judge(s) will grant non-disclosure protection to what requires non-disclosure. It would be unlikely any judge to respond negatively, after careful consideration, imo.

However, the big question would be:

WHY the FnF were placed formally in Conservator-ship and yet from what is seen and known, they have been treated and still being treated, as if they were placed in Receiver-ship?
