Just too many shares for the PRPM pps to move up. I mean, if it needs paint trades for .0002 applause, where's it going? I can imagine how many shares are outstanding now. Probably 8-9 billion. Not bad for a Wyoming shell with no assets, a DTC global lock and 12 BILLION shares authorized.
