I learned something new this morning. I have a double basin kitchen sink. One of the basins will hold about 10 quarts of tomatoes when it's full, 11 if it's heaping. I've got a couple more boxes of ripe ones, I just didn't have room. Guess what I'm doing later on tonight, or maybe tomorrow?

Dad canned 17 quarts this weekend from my garden. This afternoon, I'm picking some to send to my cousins in Tucson, AZ.
