Are you talking about Sulja's net income, which might have been earned by selling materials to LFWK that LFWK couldn't pay cash for, thereby driving up Sulja's receivables?
IF the LFWK stock price was driven to 20 cents, then the merger makes sense for both companies.
IF the LFWK stock price stays at 2 to 3 cents, then Sulja only gets 4 to 6 million in stock for a company that might be worth 25 million.
Yes, if LFWK can PR its stock price to 20 cents, the deal can go through. At 2 or 3 cents, I don't think so.
We "know" how great Sulja is supposed to be, but LFWK's "financials" dont justify even a 1 cent stock price on their own.
