Good post I agree CIRC could be doing more. They aren't taking advantage of everything that is available to them IMO.

And if they are doing those things we don't know because they don't communicate with shareholders. Being late with filing is really dumb also I have said it before have conference calls with shareholders communicate what they are doing clearly so there is no confusion.
