I don't know. That name "Bruhjell" was front and center with the SEC with Bruhjell's sister Robin Bruhjell-Brass who stole a fortune from the elderly. Bruhjell took the stolen funds, over 300k worth (and through the Indocan shell). The court docs even referred to him as a "fraudster in his own right." I am not convinced that Indocan would not have been suspended if Bruhjell did not run. Part of the reason why he probably ran was because of the stolen money that he took from his shyster sister. My god, how were these people raised??

The IR couldn't move the corp to Wy and dump billions of shares for months before investors found out what the crooked CEO had done to them. How do you try and explain that? Are you saying Jeffery didn't do that either? Him being the CEO,CFO,and Director was the only one that had the authority to move it. Wasn't his wife the secretary or something?
