I'm not expecting them...I didn't expect them last time either. And, EXPECTED that they would COMPLETE their Financials before reporting: Arguing that dividends are, by DEFINITION, a function of the financials being reconciled & completed. Now that may not have been as pertinent to a Q, but it should be CRITICAL to a year end filing.
In this case, NTEK is NOT completing a quarterly review/report. Their ANNUAL FILING is due (NTEK's FYE is CQ2). So they have 90 days to make the OTC-Filing Rules deadline.
No matter what however I do think that NTEK meets their projections whereas revenues & profits are concerned (10% of which they have said they'll return to shareholders in the form of a dividend). So, my analysis leads me to conclude they'll meet their projections, but the timing & delivery may not be precisely as outlined.
In business, these things rarely are. But, I do expect them to hit the broader targets...Time will tell: ALWAYS DOES!!! :-D
