As I understand, Kallo CEO fired previous accountant b/c it had listed it as a going concern in 10K and latest 10Q. If you read accountant's response at SEC filing, the accountant disputed this saying they did not have a chance to file--because they were fired.
Cecil fired them b/c they questioned whether or not the expediency payment was a bribe--and it took their lawyer too long to respond. So, he went back to the accountant he previously fired for the same reason.
Bit confusing--but reading b/w the lines, Kallo is covered in cash.
