Exactly. It sure looks to me like they are doing what they said. Raising capital through the market so they can expand their research into the mmj products and revamp and repackage Lipgesic to get it back on shelves so that the sales dollars can start rolling in and the dilution can stop. It's not a BOOM overnight play it is a slow and steady play that will bounce as news is announced.
