Look at the September 05 filing statement. The new CD is listed right there! Now tell me where 4.2 Billion shares have come from since January 1, 2006 if your statement of 1.2 billion is all that is left on the CD conversion? Is Sandy's past finally reared its ugly head by his past history showing he dilutes the hell out of a company he is involved with? Answer my concerns that all this that I am concerned about is not happening. Show your proof!! Why is the T/A gagged? Why will Sandy not address the issue?
