Anyone can call or e-mail Michael at Madison Stock Transfer, the transfer agent, and get the o/s and a/s figures. The o/s has remained the same since 7/8/14.
I've asked the thoughts of the board of what the float may be. I think you replied over the past few days that it was 508 million back in May. The transfer agent won't give the float numbers and that must be what's changing currently.
It takes months, as you know, to get the convertible notes and shares issued info, or if shares are issued to a BBDA vendor. In the meantime we'll just have to have VFIN selling as many issued shares as possible without knowing when the float is beginning to match the o/s.
O/S 6.29 billion means 500 million until o/s maxes out with the a/s of 6.8 billion. You've mentioned the illegality of the o/s increasing too fast. What regulation is that? The o/s has increased by billions in 2014 and shares keep showing as issued each filing. BW is still leading BBDA. No court trials scheduled that I know of....
