The SEC normally halts stocks when to many unsubstantiated PR's are put out are when a company fails to file paperwork in a timely manner. I don't see either of these things happening so I don't see why the SEC would halt this stock. A bigger problem that I can see is with the A/S being increased to 30 billion, many investors look at that and walk away, and if the company keeps putting shares out to cover debt the PPS will suffer and the PPS will be held artificially low. I hope that the sellers at .0001 will stop soon so the PPS can rise, but there are a few sellers that apparently have auto refill on their sell orders because I am seeing a lot of shares being sold and the available shares does not seem to move lower.
