Peter can not do that. He does not have a clue how public companies work. you can not offer stock to few without making the same to all shareholders.

I dont see where that statement means that posts on ihub will make any difference. Seems pretty clear, be a shareholder of record that bought shares from the open market, not discounted from a note holder.
