Really??? LMAO!!! So you're saying that because MMG & VCTY announced a FAKE share buyback in 2011 that a NEW COMPANY OWNER IS GOING TO HONOR THAT???

The issued and outstanding share count has not been updated for years. So it is you who does not understand. If buyback continues like announced in 2011 The max # of shares may be many times lower than was stated in year end 2010.
